Before Your Appointment
We recommend printing and completing your new patient forms ahead of your visit. If you have dental insurance, please bring your card and a valid photo ID so we can verify your benefits. Don’t worry—if you have any questions, our friendly front desk team is here to help.

When You Arrive
You’ll be greeted by our warm, friendly staff. If you are unable to complete your forms beforehand, no problem—you can fill them out in our comfortable waiting area.
Your First Visit
Your appointment will include:
- Necessary x-rays for a thorough oral evaluation
- A complete exam to evaluate your oral health
- A discussion of any symptoms you are experiencing and your concerns and treatment goals
Dr. Mahon will take the time to understand your dental history and explain any concerns and any treatment needs. Whether it’s routine care or a specific treatment, we’ll guide you through the next steps, ensuring you feel informed and comfortable. In many cases, the hygienist can perform a cleaning during your first visit. If your oral health requires a more specialized cleaning, we’ll schedule a follow-up appointment to ensure you get the care you need.
